The quality of our olive oil


The extravirgin olive oil of our firm “ Azienda Agricola Il Poggetto di Mezzo “ is of a superior quality thanks to the selected olives from our estate , the manual method and mechanical cold pressing of the olives within 24 hours from the harvesting .This process consents to obtain a fruity oil with a very low acidity that guarantees a flavour and a taste very difficult to find in the most olive oils in commerce.
We are also registered at the Tuscan oil Union ( Consorzio Olio Toscano ) with number 13486.
